CoastLife Credit Union's Family Fun Fest & Chili Cook-Off

CoastLife Credit Union hosted its first-ever Family Fun Fest & Chili Cook-Off on September 27, 2025, in Kingsville, TX! The free, community-wide event benefitted the FOCUS Foundation and featured live music, food trucks, games and rides, a variety of local vendors, and plenty of family-friendly entertainment. It was a fun-filled day of great food, community spirit, and giving back — and we’re already looking forward to making next year’s event even bigger and better!

Financial Literacy for Youth

The Credit Union believes in preparing our youth for the real world through education.  That's why we've developed our free Fitness Friday Bootcamp summer program.  We also encourage schools and other organizations to reach out to us to do in-class financial education for all age groups.  Our goal is to ready our children for the future.  If you're interested in having a CoastLife Representative present a financial topic, please contact us.

FOCUS Foundation

CoastLife CU and Staff raise money throughout the year with fundraisers in support of the FOCUS Foundation.  The FOCUS Foundation benefits the children within Nueces and the surrounding counties by providing grants to schools and organizations for educational purposes and more.

Charitable Donations

CoastLife CU employees make contributions through payroll deduction each pay period.  These deductions go towards local non-profit organizations chosen by employees.  Currently, those are Driscoll Children's Hospital, the Ronald McDonald House, Communities in Schools and The Purple Door.
